COVID-19 and Self-Care

Our personal means of dealing with troubling times are all being deeply challenged by this crisis. Everyone is feeling a lack of control because none of us is able to stop this thing on our own. Nobody is able to do the fun things that we liked to do (soccer...) which are our typical emotional outlets to de-stress a bit. All of us are being pulled in a thousand directions trying to work, be a teacher, be a parent, take care of the house, listen to CDC recommendations — All while holding ourselves and those around us together. You are not the only one who is feeling the stress of this situation and it is OKAY to feel that stress. It's normal, and it's expected.
